In 2004, the Big Sky Prevention of Elder Abuse Program, a 501(c)(c) non-profit organization, established an Endowment Fund to provide for the long-term funding of its programs.

The Montana Legislature enacted a law to provide a state income tax credit for certain permanent endowment funds held by a Montana Charitable Organization, such as the BSPEA Endowment Fund.

Your tax advisor will be able to provide you with current qualified endowment credits, definitions, and rules.

The Endowment Fund is supervised by a BSPEA Standing Committee and reviewed annually by a local Certified Public Accountant.

All Employees are bonded.

BSPEA needs your financial support to help provide services that allow every older American to live out their life in in dignity and safety, free from the fear of abuse.
